How can I put this other than 'Well, f***.'

I'll give you the run down. I got all 101 shards, no achievement but all are accounted for.

16/16 on the Plains

15/15 in the Oasis

13/13 in the Emprise

22/22 in the Hinterlands

8/8 in the Wastes

13/13 on the Coast

14/14 in the Approach

And I'm just stuck here, looking at the final door of the Spirit Calmed able to do nothing.

Wait, I need to check to see if its my external again. This sort of thing happened on Hardline for me.
