[Xbox One] family setting blocking keep import [ Edited ]

I know this topic has been brought up but the only solution they offer is to change the privacy setting which didn't fix the problem. I'm on xbox one if that helps at all.

What's the exact error message you're seeing @DarkmoonDSH98?

Which doesn't make any sense since I don't have any family settings.

I ended up starting a new game on my Xbox 360, which has no problem importing from DA Keep, and then imported that save to my Xbox One.

Hi @DarkmoonDSH98,

Glad to hear you managed to make it work. 

Regarding the original error message, may I suggest you to go to your Xbox 360 settings, lookk under "Privacy" and select "Adult" if it's not already the case. That should help get rid of the issue.
