Search for "ProfileOptions - DLC Not Working Fix" in Google and you will find a Nexus mod that probably will solve the problem.
It has some downsides, so read the description.

I'm having an issue with the profile fix, I installed following every step of the tutorial and I can load the game completely fine

BUT the dlcs maps are not loading, they are getting stuck into the black screen load with the logo

I finished all the game and I wanted to do the dlcs only

All the other maps are working fine and only the dlcs are not loading

@Xyiuminnie It sounds like you're having a combination of problems. I know I've seen others with a similar black screen loading issue before. Try searching the forums for a fix for that. Good luck!
