Xbox 360 can't connect to the dragon age server for dragon age 2 or inquisition

When on dragon age Inquisition my game just continuously says "connecting to the dragon age servers" but even after 3 hours it doesn't change and even on dragon age 2 just to check it just says that the servers are unavailible at this time. I tried to connect after this was supposebly solved but there is no change.
