Won't launch after exporting from Dragon Age Keep [ Edited ]

I went onto dragonagekeep.com and set up my tapestry and exported the world state to DA: I. Now the game won't start. The play button in origin is faded out and I can't launch it from desktop either.

Edit: I rebooted and I can click the play button now but I get the message 'Unable to sync cloud storage data. A recent sync with the cloud has been interrupted or a sync is currently in progress on another computer. Please try again later'.

Edit 2: Working now but the save files for the entire day are gone.
