Voices not working for cutscenes or character creation. [ Edited ]

Happy to confirm that disabling my Center Speaker in Realtek HD Audio Manager solved this problem. Voices are clear as crystal now! mileyvery-happy:

Same problem here on ps4.. yesterday i had no sound for almost al conversations.
Today i had an entire cut scene glitch out on me.
No speech sound, mouths didn't move and then all animations just froze. Had to quit the game.
FIX THIS EA!! This game is unplayable like this.

im running with a 7.1 sorround sound, sound card. i usually have my settings to go for 8 channels (as my headset can run it and it gives a much nicer effect for music), reducing the channel number from 8 to 2 helped, at 8 they sound distant and you can't hear them at all, as soon as i changed to 2 channels it worked just fine.

mine was fine took a long brake from the game only to come back to voiceless players ! (xbox one)

I've noticed someone solved that problem. I paste here the link to the topic with the solution. I thnk it could work also for XBOX ONE, changing the audio settings.
