Unable to complete final boss fight. Spoilers.

During the fight with Corphy he moves location twice, final one has a supply crate right before it. During that next area and he drops to 50% HP, screen goes black and shows the loading icon, yet nothing happens. No cutscene or anything, and once it goes away Corphy is just standing there, jittering and repeating an animation over and over, and cannot be killed, he gets stuck at 1 HP remaining.

Help? Please?

Would really like to be able to complete the fight. Have tried multiple times, same problem.
