Transparent dialog wheel in DAI is broken

The dialog wheel that pops up in game to talk to your companions in the field is broken. I can't select any response and it stays grayed out. This is for the xbox one. I have tried clicking every button and  nothing works any chance there is a fix coming for this as I have  found many people asking about this problem.
