The situation is as follows - I had a bug with the quest Sera in Crestwood (not appeared quest NPC), but I was able to leave the location by rapid movement in the camp and then through the exit point from the map. When I did, I realized that there must be a NPC, I thought just a bug with the end of the quest. And after going far enough in the game got out the following problem: When entering the Crestwood I'm stuck there and can not get out of the location and as I can not get to the meadow where the quest Sera, where everything around in the rocks (Seiwa before this quest from I naturally did not survive). Thus Crestwood location becomes a trap, you can log into it, but you can not get out.
Question - whether it is possible to solve such a problem, for example through the console to restart the quest, or reset the quest?
