The Trouble With Darkspawn Glitch

I have been running around the area where I am supposed to find Servis. However, Servis does not appear anywhere. He did not spawn even once - just his three lackies. I made the mistake of saving after reaching this area and do not want to go back several hours just to try to fix this. I left the area, came back, and those three responded, but still no Servis. I turned the game off and restarted it, and still no Servis. This is infuriating!! Can an update/patch please be sent out to fix this quest!?
