Sync issues between PSN and "Keep"

I set up my Origin account (my first and only account) a couple of weeks ago. Since that point I've not been able to get the Keep to sync with my PS4. I finally found a post that suggest I connect my PSN ID through the origin app. When I tried this it said that my PSN account is linked to another Origin ID. Obviously this is my sync issue: 1) I have never had another origin account so I don't know why my PSN ID is linked to another account (which I don't know the name of). 2) Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
