Stuck at 99%

When downloading Dragon Age:Inquisition it gets stuck at 99%
Origin writes "Installation complete" and below that is a button saying "Ready to install".
I searched through the forums and none of the solutions help me. UAC is turned off, firewall is turned off, no antivirus running, redownloading didn't help (a real pain with 30gb).
What else can I do?

Set Origin NOT to start when windows does, log out and exit Origin. Rebbbot then, once everything else is running, start origin and see if it needs to update. If that does not work, try uninstalling, then going to the site and getting a new copy of Origin.

Thank you very much for the quick help. Reinstalling Origin with a clean download helped.
At first it made the same problem, but after a "repair game" it now works.
