There is a way to force Ultra settings 

Type 

-ShaderSystem.ShaderQualityLevel Ultra

In the game properties box, it will force Ulta settings. Change Ultra to High if you want High settings and Medium if you want Medium settings.

That workaround does not give the exact graphics as before the patch, but it does make it more bareable.

Why Bioware always has to make sure they suck really, but really, hard? I completed the game three days ago and I was very disappointed by the final boss and the ending. In terms of story the ending was cool, but the execution was really bad. 100 hours playing the game and the ending is a 3 minutes video? Just bad.

And all the quests that never trigged? And the missions and maps we saw on the demo, where are they? Why they are not in the game?

I wanted to start the game again, I actually waited for this patch hoping it would have fixed the quests bugs, at least to see the other part of the story (side with the Templars this time), instead I can't play. Lots of people can't play.

Damn Bioware.

It is stupid the patch broke the game more. Did they even test it? PC got the worse of it too =(
