Starting Dorian's Companion Quest [ Edited ]

I wanted to trigger the cutscene where Mother Giselle harrasses Dorian and the inquisitor has a chance to defend him and they'd have their first kiss. Everyone says it's supposed to happen after the quest Last Resort of Good Men (if you don't choose to say "Good things" and have the first kiss there) but it just... doesn't? 

Can anyone help?

@marisatada Have you tried leaving Skyhold, doing something elsewhere and coming back? Is it possible that the game thinks you might have started something with another companion? Are you using any mods/have you modified your save game at all (assuming PC)?
