Soundtrack link doesn't work

Hello. I just bought DA Inquisition Deluxe upgrade on my console from Microsoft Store.  It says on your website that one I have that I can download sountrack when I log into my EA account.  The link provided there doesn't work. It doesn't redirect me anywhere so I cannot download the music. Spoke with one person of your support team and was told to open a topic here.

How do I know if the link is being fixed? Am I suppose to check alm the time or I will get info on my email?
