Solas Quest - Measuring the Veil, cannot complete, bugged?

In Dragon Age Inquisition the quest Measuring the Veil is with a bug, i have Solas on my party but the artefact doesn't appear, i try chance party members, i only have 4 but i went to the place without Solas then again with him and nothing making impossible to complete the quest.
There's a solution?

@Vinicius-Vzr Thank you. Can you try leaving The Hinterlands - please go and load another map - then load back in with Solas and try again?
