Save game corrupted after crashing during conversation ... [ Edited ]

So after i beat that rift the game froze and crashed while i was talking to this guy .

So after i reloaded the game i cant talk to that guy anymore and the waypoint is still in this area , all the doors are locked and cant be opened T_T .
