DA:I isn't launching, and I've been fighting with it for the past few days. I decided that I payed way too much to be having such difficulty. So I went to the request a refund page, but it says I don't have any games that are elligible for a refund 'right now'. DA:I is an EA game, and the refunds apply to EA games if they were digital downloads via Origin, correct? I figured this may be a glitch, it not reading that I do have DA:I and that it is an EA game.

Recommend you contact support via Origin help.

I believe if you have over 20 or 25 hours into a game on Origin you can't get it refunded. Within 7 days or 20 hours, something like that.
