Reaver Devour upgrade bug

Upgrading my Reavers abilities. If i add the upgrade to Devour, then regardless of if i use Dragon Rage or Devour, both skills go through a cooldown. As in they both cool down equally at the same time.

Everything works properly up until i add a skill upgrade to devour.

Ive respeced skills and restarted the game. Same thing.

Had anybody experienced anything like this?

Any help would be appreciated

switch the dragon upgrade to the other bcs the leashed furry upgrade  add a 10 sec cooldown time,.

Ill give it a go.
Doesn't explain why Devour causes DR to cooldown.

ravage reduce 2s of cooldown of devour at every hit, and 50% more damage , if you spam many hit it make it like 0..  leashed furry:  devour not damage you but have a cooldown of 10.
