I get this problem whenever my Internet drops out. Why does the game insist on cutting out in the middle of events like fights where there are no save points? I only have one account on this my xbox one and I've only been playing on single player. There should be no other account to switch to. I should be able to play uninterrupted on single player.

Hey. I sort of have the same problem. However, I can't leave the "A Profile Change Has Occurred. You Will Be Returned To The Title Screen." menu. It says just press B, but when I do, it does nothing! I tried restarting my Xbox One, but it stays as the same thing! How do I get out of this menu?! Any button I press does nothing.

SOLVED! If you could use that term at all...

 

Negate my previous comment! The fault was not of the game, but of my controller. My theory is that the controller I was using was not properly synced to the Xbox One. Therefore, the controls did not work. However, I fixed this by turning off the faulty controller and using the other controller that I had lying about.
