Pre-purchase code not working [ Edited ]

I bought this game months ago from Green Man Gaming and today I got my code but it says invalid code when I try to enter it. I have bought other games from them in the past and all were redeemed fine with no hassle. Is anyone else having a problem or did I miss something as to why I cant enter it?

Never Mind I fout out what the problem was. they give you two keys and the keys are writen back to back so it looks like 1 very long key. One is a game key and the other is a preorder key. My fault and i feel like an idiot but im leaving this here to maybe help other people.
