Post-Haven Scene not loading Skyhold?

I recently updated to the latest patch and began a new character. Upon speaking to Solas after the "Dawn Will Come" singing scene, the game fades to black. And when it loads back up my qunari is standing in the camp where all the people were singing. I can't move or open any menus, all I can do is swing his sword around. Has anyone else encountered this bug and/or figured out how to fix it?

I tried re-patching the game and reloading several times.

Is this on PC? If so, have you tried repairing the game in Origin?

Yes I don't know what's wrong with my game? I've already played through the game once with no issues. Don't know why this is happening now.

Could you perhaps upload your save file along with the two "ProfileOptions" files (using Dropbox or a similar service)? I want to test if the problems also occurs on my PC. If it doesn't, I could at least play past this part for you.
