PS4 Dragon Age inquisition saying Multiplayer requires full installation.

I think I realized what the issue was while looking through my PS4 storage, DA:I was only 32/44 GBs downloaded, I have no idea why this is the case but I think it's the reason why we're getting this error.

Tried resetting nothing yet. ive had my ps on for a while also.

I'd you highlight the game on your home screen then push opinion and go to information it will tell you how much of the game is downloaded and I let it sit at that screen and finished downloading while I did other things make sure you plug in your controller while is doing that so it won't turn off the system

I says it's installed but no dice (40 gig or so)
