(PS4) Dragon Age Inquisition [ Edited ]

When I am playing the Dragon Age Inquisition on PS4 Single Player  I keep getting the loose connection to session error this has just started happening all of a sudden out of the blue never had it before

what is the problem?
how can I fix it?

 I am currently trying a reinstall of the game to see if that works

Still very much in need of help the live chat tech support is about as useful as a chocolate teapot they wont do anything there end to fix the problem
