[PS4] Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe Edition [ Edited ]

I started playing on my PS4 yesterday and everything worked fine while I was running the updates and add ons in the background. Ever since the updates and add ons finished when I go to open the game all I get is an infinite black screen with the loading icon in the bottom right hand side of the screen. I cannot create a character, play, or any other thing before this screen appears (as the opening screen never loads). Please help me fix this issue.

Have you done a hard reset of the PS4? (turn it off, disconnect the power form the outlet and wait five minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.) If not try that and see if it helps, let us know.
