Well i do manage to find a game, the game starts and when the first cutscene plays i cannot hear to any cutscene i am just watching the typical scenery of the cutscene. I should be hearing the voice of the actors or sth. Then the game starts and although i can see the other players hacking away, i am just frozen at the start of the level forever.

Found the Solution! I opened my firewal, opened my modem ports, following the typical port forwarding solution and now i never get stuck

I am also running into this same issue, seem's to have something to do with where the game is being hosted from as when i started my own lobby It worked fine for me.
Would love to hear from devs on whether this is a known issue.

I had this problem. I was running the command line modifier for the 60FPS cap on cutscenes. Removing that from my command line fixed the problem you guys are describing.
