Multiplayer Datacenters

Will DA:I have a matchmaking or a lobby browser kind of multiplayer? Are all multiplayer matches played on servers hosted by EA or can players host their own servers? Where is/are the EA datacenters located? Are there global datacenters so that players can play with others in their own region for better connectivity and latency or will there only be one datacenter and everyone from all over the world have to play on it?
