Mosaic pieces not showing in Skyhold

Wonder if everyone is missing the same piece?

Specifically mine is the 4th on the bottom row.

TOP:    1 2 3 4 5 6

BOTTOM: 1 2 3 x 5 6

I have been missing three for a while on the wall, but had 10/12 in the collection.

I know the last two I needed were from the cave where the Abyssal High Dragon fight is. This means it would have had to have been an earlier piece that is not showing.

Yes, same piece missing here. Found it on a camp site near the gate north of the map I think, or at that was the last I picked up.

Still no patch for the little things at Skyhold? I have same missing piece from Archdemon mosaic missing on left as enter main hall. Also have flag/banner glitches where only poles display on selection. I know it might not seem like much, but these little things reflect our gaming experience and are annoying. Hoping they are an easy fix as The hold is our central base and therefore visited often. Honestly want to see it looking as I want it. Thank you.

PS still wishing for a chest in quarters to hold useful inventory items too. 😉

Just installed the Feb patch - and the pieces are *still* missing!

Just finished the Archdemon Mosaic and I've got the same issue.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

7, 8, 9, <does not show up on the wall>, 11, 12

The Codex entry unlocked and such, but one piece will not appear on the wall. Cosmetic bug, but still adds annoyance to the pile - as it's yet another errors with these items.
