Masterwork Crafting Option Not There (PS3)

On Dragon Age Inquisition on PS3 the option to use Masterwork Materials when crafting weapons from schematics is simply not there. I have Masterwork materials and I've crafted multiple weapons but the slot at the top that I see in videos is simply not there. Please help.
