Legacy Thrones

Has any there been any solution on accessing the Legacy Ferelden and Kirkwall thrones? I played and completed both Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2 on Xbox 360 years ago. I bought Dragon Age Inquisition around release, completed it, and still haven't been able to access the thrones nearly three and a half years later. The thrones do not show up in my undercroft at all, even with the Black Emporium downloadded. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've had the same problem.  I've also gotten the same answers here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Legacy-Thrones-in-Skyhold/m-p/4681705/highlight/tru...) or here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Legacy-Thrones-not-showing-up/m-p/5139911/highlight...), which is basically "too bad, so sad" and that's it.  If you find a solution, or get one from someone else, please post it back on here!!!  

EDIT:

I just found this link...I don't know if it is true (https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4811970-legacy-thrones/).  Basically, the person said BW stopped uploading save data and the games can't sync.  I have no clue if it's true or not.
