Keep Saved World States Issues

I noticed something really irritating about my Keep import. Not only has the keep ignored the custom Warden and Hawke I picked (as in their names and the icon appearence in the Keep for the playthrough world state are defaults...not my Wardens or Hawkes) but for my female rogue Hawke she changed into a warrior. I don't know why or how, but that's what has happened. Everything else, as in all my choices, are fine. It's just the name and class of my Wardens and Hawkes. I have no idea if anyone else has this issue, but I would like some clarification as to why the hell my world state is messed up....
