Insquisition game refuses install, downloads instead

I am trying to install DA inquisition on my windows 10 PC but the Origin program keeps trying to download the game even though I own the cd and it is in my D drive. I tried to us the autorun instructions from "installing the game" but it keeps taking me back to Origin and its never ending download of the game.

It does need to download the updates so if it persists in downloading the whole game, disconnect from the internet, log in to Origin in offline mode until you get the disk content installed then, go online, update the game and get and DLC you own as well as the free DLC for the game.
