[INFO] Unable to download soundtrack with Digital Deluxe Edition

I purchased the deluxe edition and the music never downloaded on my xbox

Received all the additional contents from Deluxe Edition except the soundtrack and multiplayer chest. 

Bought from Gamestop.

• I bought the PS4 deluxe edition, did the update, downloaded every dlc that had to offer, the mounts and the weapons are in - game. (haven't checked the MP bonus chest yet, haven't played MP) but i can't find the soundtrack. searched on my ps4 library, went into the game loged in with my account (couldn't find anything at all), stayed loged in and searched the bioware site but still nothing. Take your time and fix this problem guys

Bought Deluxe Edition, got all other items except the soundtrack. Same as everyone else, "Sorry, not entitled to claim the soundtrack"

i recommend trying the site again i got my download working it maybe fixed now good luck hopfully it is working now
