I can't download free DLC Destruction Map

I'm having problems with free Dragon Age inquisition DLC Destruction Map, Origin wants me to enter a code but this is a free DLC and it looks like in my library. I tried everything I can. I cannot contact live chat (no such option now), and I'm outside any region EA gives phone calls. How do I solve it? Can someone from EA contact me?

Just checking a few things with you.

 

First, you do have the full game downloaded, correct?

 

Second, have you checked to see if your region was affected by the removal of the game and refund? (You can just google search this)

 

Lastly, have you tried starting a ticket with EA support? You can change the area in the top right hand corner to match your region. I know it's not as fast as live chat, but, with some patience, it may be worth it.

Thanks for the reply, I tried to change region too many times, did not work so far. I will try sending a ticket again.

@kotobank147 How does the issue manifest exactly? You should be able to grab Destruction (and Dragonslayer) from the Extra Content menu for the game. Can you download Dragonslayer(the other free pack)?

Click on your DAI in your library in Origin, then the Extra Content tab. Scroll down and try to add them from here. If this doesn't work, how exactly does it fail?

@EA_David:I bought the standart edition and I also have Origin Access. When I click download for Destruction Map DLC, Origin wants me to activate the DLC, requires a key. I already own the game, though. I tried to re-enter the game key, but it did not work. I sent a ticket, they told me to re-install the game, but it still does not work. The DLC does not even show up in my library, as seen in the image.

Please help me, I can't play with other people unless I have this DLC.

@kotobank147 Thank you for the extra info. I take it that this content worked ok before you grabbed EA Access? It appears that you started to play DAI with the trial, could you access this content after you upgraded to the purchased game?

 

It's possible that we're looking in the wrong place and there's just a local caching issue, can you try the cache clear steps detailed on this page?

@EA_David I followed every step carefully, but unfortunately it did not work. I bought the standart edition before I got the Origin Access. Since I did not try to download these packs before, I'm not sure if I had this problem from the start.

@kotobank147Thank you for the information. I think further investigation would require changes to your account, which isn't something I'm able to do. I see you've contacted support before, but escalation wasn't available at the time. At this point I think an escalation is warranted, and your case may have highlighted an existing issue. 

 

I'm sorry to refer you back to support, but they can get the ball rolling on an individual fix. I'll be sure to keep an eye on your case, hopefully this can be resolved soon.
