Hushed Whispers Asset Bugged

After Leliana is freed and the first Fade Rift is closed in Hushed Whispers, when I attempt to right-click to open the portcullis to continue the quest, the wheel marked "TURN" flickers and nothing happens.

So far I've tried:

interacting with the asset with different companions

restarting my system

reloading from a save about an hour previous to initially encountering the bug, starting in Haven

You have to hold down the right mouse button.  You can't just click it.  :-/

ive done that but the wheel just keeps cranking and cranking. the gate should rise after about 4 cranks but when i do it it wont rise after 50. . ive completed this once with another character but now i am stuck. i think they fed me a bugged game world. glad yours was ok .
