How do I get Inquisition characters to sync up to the keep? [ Edited ]

So far only 4 of my 5 characters from Inquisition have synced to the keep. My latest one doesn't show up at all. Also I am unable to put many choices into the keep that the characters made because it says hidden in front of it. For example I can't even make the choice that Dorian joined my party.

As for the problem with the hidden tiles, there now is an option to turn those off and show every choice. This can be done in the keep options.
I had similar synching problems. Up to this day I'm not able to see many of my choices when I turn on the spoiler gates.
As for the characters, try reloading and saving the latest saves of those that don't show up, then waiting a day and see if they show up in the keep then
