Game still wont launch

My Dragon Age Inquisition  still wont start up even though my laptop meets all the requirements. i have already contacted the game advisor and he has advised me to disable my other graphic card because i according to him  i have 2 functioning graphic cards and i should disable a certain graphic card and restart my system after doing so. i did and restarted my laptop but the game still wont launch. it only launches for only 1 to 2 seconds and crashes after that. Can Some one help me with this issue?

If you are unable to follow the instructions you have already received, when we will just tell you the same thing, why aren't you seeking the greater amount of details that further contacts with the official support can offer?
