Game crashes upon exiting

Game runs normally without any problem. When I exit the game after playing a while, I get a "this program has stopped working" message after it's closed.

PC on Windows 7 64bit. Game and Origin are installed in the same HD, system in a different one. DxDiag.txt

I have tried to replicate the error by starting the program, loading a game, exiting and closing; no result though. But after a normal game session (maybe 3 hours) the game crashed again on exit.

I have had this happen on various games in the last year on my Win10 system.  Generally speaking, for my own personal experience, I don't worry about it on close as I think it is more a Microsoft issue and as long as that is the only issue, I don't care.  I have never had another issue when this happens, and usually after either a MS or game client update, it fixes itself.

So far, I have had DAI, Skyrim, and FarCry 5, all do this plus a few more I think, but can't name them 100% sure.
