Sorry to ask but 2 things,

Is the DLC applicable to multiple characters> say if I want to have a rogue and do a 2nd play through with a warrior, will i still be able to use the armor and mounts? or is it a one time thing?

Also, for my rogue I only got the medium armor and the dagger, but no helm.

@sixtheserpent Hi,

As far as I am aware, the DLC will be available for any character you create on your account.

For the items, they are tied to the offer by the retailer, not all pre-orders will receive all of them. Please check with them to make sure that you got the right stuff.
