Firestarter achievement

I have been stuck on this achievement for quite some time now, it’s the last achievement for 100% completion so it’s quite annoying. 
I know where all the shards/fires are and I have tried to complete it on multiple characters. The weird thing is that the progression bar is stuck at 0% even though I found them all. I have seen multiple forum post on this but none with an answer. Can somebody please help me?

Mainly posting because I have a similar problem with the Brightest of Their Age Achievement and want to see if anyone can offer you an answer. Otherwise, all I can offer is this guide: https://www.trueachievements.com/a199446/firestarter-achievement  I know I missed it my first time through because I killed the boss too quickly.
