Draon Age Keep on PS3 NOT WORKING!

Please can anybody help me!

I have tried everything I can think of unfortunately I'm not tech savvy.

I logged into Dragon Age Keep on my laptop and filled out the tapestry, but when I try to use the Internet browser on my PS3 to access the Keep it freezes or something and I can't import my world to Inquisition. I can sign in but then it freezes on the logo and I can't sync or press the world button or anything to import. It says that "the browser does not support Dragon Age Keep." 

I've looked online, I have asked game stores and friends and not one person can help me. Please has anyone else had this problem or has anyone out there got a way to fix this?

I just really want my customized world in DA1 not the default.
