Dragon age keep

Every time I export my dragon age keep world state to inquisition is still comes up with default world state. I have double checked the steps and re done them countless times and it still won’t do it. Contacted EA Help and they just told me to post on here. Can anyone help?

Are you sure you're setting things up in the DA Keep correctly?

Even after you've edited a World State (WS) to your liking, it's still a multi-step process.  See below...
