Dragon age inquisition not available in bangladesh

I am a diehard dragon age fan and I have been waiting for inquisition for a long time. As I am from bangladesh I can't buy the game because the game is breaking some law in india. If you didnt know Bangladesh is a completely different country and the law of India doesnt afeect us whatsoever. So is there anyway to buy the game?
