Dragon age: inquisition, black emporium DLC steam

When i want to install black emporium DLC for Dragon age: inquisioton i see message that dlc is availible on steam. But i cant find it there. How to get that DLC?

Hey @mifers we only have The game of the year edition on Steam and that includes all DLC.
