Dragon Age inquisition Map and Quest Bugs [ Edited ]

Hello, I have a problem in the game. It is expected to be a bug as follows.

-On the Forbidden Oasis map, 3 shard landmarks were found. One observation was 0/0 as 0, unable to accumulate all shards.
-The Map of Enavuris quest went as shown in the picture and was not found something.
-The Sketch of Enavuris River quest went as shown in the picture and was not found something.
-Sometimes the quest marker won't disappear after finishing the quest or locating the flag.

@Gaaw2023 Thank you for pointing these out. Do these only happen on the save you are playing or have you tested them out on different save files or different playthroughs?
