Happening with me too. It's not showing any importable world states. Only the default world state.

Okay, this page is from 2015. But I'm having this problem recently. Before I had no issue but I recently deleted my old characters I didn't play as any more and tried to export the custom world. It shows its exported but no option in game. I'm playing on a ps4 and yes the email is linked to my psn.

I am having this issue on a PS4, and having used the same imported world state on a previous play through started a long time ago, have ensured that it is set and exported from the Kepp properly.
