I'm having the same problem! I was able to import a custom world state and start a new character with it just a week ago. Now, I'm only given the default state and no options. Accounts are definitely connected - must be a server issue..? :<

It would just be nice to see a post or something from an official, declaring that they know about the problem and are trying to fix it, instead, all we got is some tickets answered and nothing more. It really doesn't require much for them to either tweet about it or address the issue publicly.

Oh thank god. I thought I did sth wrong. My games are uploading to the Keep just fine I think, but only the default world state is loading. Hope it's fixed soon!

Recently bought a new DA:I for Xbox One after playing on 360 and neither console can import anything. Found an older thread that was added to yesterday, went back today to check on progress and all comments after 2015 were erased.
