Dragon Age Keep Not working: 2020-2021

I know this is old but...I have my ea account connected to my psn but when I go to the dragon age keep it doesn't show my psn account like it does on my ea account...im confused.

Mine stopped working in 2016 , but I still have not gave up trying to get it fixed yet lol

EXACT problem. You are the first person I found experiencing this issue in 2021. I have tried literally everything and nothing works. Really frustrated as well.

I’ve tried everything and have come to the conclusion that nothing is wrong on my side after troubleshooting every option and talking to about ten EA support people.

Unfortunately (or fortunately), I'm having the same issues. Golden Nug doesn't even show up during saves, but I can access Multiplayer and the Keep says its ready to import.

Tried all the tricks (unchecking boxes, clearing cache, redownloading, Origin overlay) and nothing works.
