Every time that I try to load the keep a message appears saying, “Oops an error occurred.” I’ve already tried reloading the page multiple times to no avail. So, is there anything I can do to fix this or do I just have to wait for EA to fix the issue.

Hey @YsmirWulfharth when this issue occurs it generally can be fixed by logging out and then back in again.
If that does not help can you try using a different browser and clearing your browser cache.
Let me know how you get on.
I have this issue also.
Tried 3 different browsers, clearing caches, logging in and out again but without success.
Seems to be a problem with EA servers?
