Dragon Age : Keep - No custom Hero found

When I tried using the Keep, it recognized my PSN ID and everything but is not showing me my Warden from Origins. It just says "No Custom Heroes Found". Is this normal, or could there be some reason the right profile pic isn't showing up?

I spent just over 100 hours finishing DA:O, so I was hoping at least the avatar of my character would show up. :P

My heroes don't import from origins either, only the old 2 from the bioware social network that was closed down. So far EA Support has been unable to help me.

Ugh yeah I tried researching this topic before posting and it seemed like other people were able to see theirs just fine. Reeally hoping this is temporary
